Changes Coming in 2023

Effective with the 2023 volume, The Russian Review will be published in an online-only format. This is a proactive move that will have several benefits for authors and readers. As a result of the change, articles accepted for publication will no longer need to wait in a long queue for print publication but can be disseminated more quickly through Early View publication on Wiley Online Library. All color images will now be reproduced digitally and published free of charge. Finally, this is a step towards reducing the environmental impact caused by the production and distribution of printed journals. For members of our affiliate organizations, the Association for Slavic, East European & Eurasian Studies (ASEEES) and the American Historical Association (AHA), who are still interested in receiving print copies of the journal, issues will be available for special purchase through a print-on-demand service.
